Our Sleep Tea is a blend of herbs traditionally used as medicines to help calm, relax, and lull you into a delicious sleep. Each spoonful of our loose leaf tea is made up of soothing superstars valerian, hops, catnip, and lemon balm. 

This is a limited edition blend. All herbs are 100% grown, harvested, and blended on our small farm in Eastern Ontario.
