Rice Crust Quiche with Side Salad

This is a gluten free twist on a veggie quiche using rice as the crust. We are using eggs from our friends at Halfway Homestead farm in Lunenburg, served with salad using lettuce from our greenhouse.

Ingredients: rice, eggs, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, tomato, kale, basil, cream, cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper.
