Vegan stew with sun dried tomato broth

This creamy vegan vegetable stew makes a big pot of goodness. Tons of chopped vegetables in a creamy, sun dried tomato broth. Garlic, thyme, basil, chili, coconut aminos, and nutritional yeast add lots of flavour.

Ingredients: sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, coconut cream, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, potatoes, zucchini  corn, cauliflower, basil, green beans, vegetable broth, herbs, spices, nutritional yeast, coconut aminos, spinach.
